myfitnesspal is a fabulous weight-loss tool. It's basically a calorie counter plus a whole lot more. I found it available as an app for my android phone, but it's also available for Blackberry, Windows Mobile, iPhone and iPad. Not to mention you can just use the website directly.
I never though calorie counting could be this easy, almost fun. There's even a built scanner for the phone apps to scan the food barcode directly into your food diary. Otherwise it taps into a huge database and automatically adds the calories to food you enter.
Just fill out the profile and your goal and the program calculates everything else. You will learn a lot!
